К сожалению, в большинстве случаев придется включить двухфакторную аутентификацию (2FA, two factor authentication), без которой нельзя сгенерировать пароль для приложения. Это может быть номер телефона / СМС, TOTP клиент (Google Authenticator, Aegis, Microsoft Authenticator) или Email (для hotmail.com).
