С их помощью пока удается подключиться к outlook.com на старых клиентов для доступа к почте через IMAP/SMTP. Делайте перенаправление почты c outlook.com/hotmail.com на Gmail.

Application Passwords will not be supported too after Sept 16 2024   As of June 11 2024 old email clients still can access outlook and hotmail servers (IMAP and SMTP) using application passwords but they will stop working in September 2024.
